Tell us what happened and include only what is needed to investigate. Never email passwords, magic links, payment-card details, or private conversation text you do not want reviewed.

Email support@muzehaven.com. Include your account email, a short description, and any relevant companion, chat, or content identifier.
Choose the right subject
- Account access: magic links, sign-in, age certification, or account security.
- Safety report: prohibited content, exploitation, threats, harassment, or a policy violation.
- Privacy request: access, correction, deletion, or another data-rights request.
- Billing: subscription, payment, cancellation, or refund questions once paid plans are available.
- Technical issue: errors, missing content, or broken features. Include the page and approximate time.
Account and privacy requests
We may verify control of the account email before disclosing, correcting, or deleting information. Some records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or disputes.
