Terms of Service

1. Who may use MuzeHaven

MuzeHaven is an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract where you live. You may not use the service where it is prohibited by law or after we terminate access.

You must provide accurate account information and keep control of your sign-in email. You are responsible for activity through your account.

2. The service

MuzeHaven provides AI-generated companions, conversations, scenarios, memories, and related creative experiences. AI output is generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, or inconsistent.

Companions are fictional AI experiences, not people. MuzeHaven is not a medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency service. Do not rely on it for professional decisions or urgent assistance.

3. Your content and instructions

You retain rights you already hold in content you submit. You give us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.

You must have the necessary rights for anything you submit. Do not submit another person’s confidential or identifying information without authorization.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow our Community Guidelines and Adult Content Policy. You may not exploit or sexualize minors, create non-consensual sexual abuse, facilitate trafficking, violate privacy, distribute malware, evade safeguards, or engage in unlawful activity.

Consensual adult fantasy and roleplay are generally allowed when they remain within the Adult Content Policy’s hard boundaries.

5. Safety, moderation, and enforcement

We may use automated systems and authorized human review to detect abuse, enforce policies, investigate reports, and protect the service. We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary.

6. Paid features

If paid plans are offered, price, billing period, included usage, renewal terms, and cancellation methods will be shown before purchase. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are non-refundable. Checkout terms become part of these terms.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and limit availability by location. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or permanently available service. We will provide notice of material changes where practicable or legally required.

8. Intellectual property

MuzeHaven’s software, branding, designs, and platform-created characters and materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

To the extent permitted by law, MuzeHaven will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Ending access

You may stop using the service and request account deletion through Help. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, legal risk, security threats, nonpayment, or material harm.

11. Contact and governing terms

Questions or notices may be sent through our Help page. These terms are governed by applicable law, and nothing in them limits mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
