1. Information we collect

• Account information: email, account identifiers, display information, sign-in records, and adult-access certification.
• Content: conversations, prompts, companion and scenario settings, uploads, generated content, feedback, and support messages.
• Usage and device data: features used, timestamps, browser and device information, approximate location from IP, errors, and security events.
• Transaction data: if paid features launch, plan, purchase, and billing status. A payment processor would handle full payment-card details.

2. How we use information

• Provide accounts, conversations, memory, and generated content.
• Personalize and maintain continuity across experiences.
• Enforce age restrictions and content-safety policies.
• Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and service failures.
• Respond to support and communicate service changes.
• Analyze and improve reliability, usability, and performance.

3. AI processing and sensitive content

Messages and relevant companion, scenario, and memory context may be processed by AI providers to generate responses. Image or voice providers may process instructions and related context when those features are used.

Conversations may be intimate or sensitive. Do not enter information you do not want processed to provide the service. We do not sell private conversation content or use it for targeted advertising.

4. When information is shared

• Infrastructure, database, authentication, email, AI, moderation, analytics, support, and payment providers working for us.
• Authorities or others when required by law or reasonably necessary for fraud, abuse, safety, security, or legal claims.
• A successor in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
• Other parties when you direct us or give consent.

Content you intentionally publish may be visible to eligible users. Private chats are not publicly listed.

5. Retention

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for memory, history, security, policy enforcement, disputes, and legal obligations. Deletion may not immediately remove backups, fraud-prevention records, or legally preserved information.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain information through Help. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent, or appeal. We may verify identity first.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and similar storage needed for authentication, security, preferences, and core operation. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, we will provide required notice or choices.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your email account and promptly report suspected compromise.

9. Adults only

MuzeHaven is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor provided personal information, we will restrict access and delete the information as appropriate.

10. International use

Information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use contractual or other safeguards for transfers. Some features or the service may be unavailable in particular regions.
